nce a thriving winery, the last bottling at the Château was in 1988. Today the winery is being refurbished under the watchful eye of winemaker David Alcaraz, and 2012 will see the first vintage of our boutique “terroir” wines.
Throughout the year we also host a regular series of wine tastings and events, with a ‘hands on’ emphasis on relaxation and discovering the people, places and history behind the wines.

Chateau Les Carrasses Wine-Making Course
We also run a series of hands-on wine-making courses, run over 6 weekends throughout the wine-making year. At these Guests participate in all aspects of the winemaking process. From harvest to assembly and bottling, guests embark on a journey of practical discovery that will launch a lifetime's study.
