erfect for a weekend break or longer holiday, every suite, apartment and villa at Château Les Carrasses is spacious and luxurious, making the most of the superb volumes and textures of the 19th century buildings.
Each property is individually interior designed in a chic French style. Beds are large and comfortable and bathrooms have large tubs and/or showers, comfortable bathrobes and Fragonard toiletries. Living areas offer wi-fi, flat screen TV/DVD, and iPod, fully charged with carefully selected playlists. Every property has a fully-equipped kitchen, and all are air-conditioned and heated.
Most of the properties have sunny private gardens or terraces with BBQ, outdoor dining areas and sun loungers. Many also enjoy private heated pools. The private pools are heated between June and September and are heated to approximately 5 degrees above the ambient temperatures. The main pool is heated to around 28 degrees from May 1st to October 31st.
Beds are made on arrival and changed every three to four days. The apartment or suite is cleaned before your arrival and on departure but we do ask that it be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Created from the original loft area, 'Les Combles' is a generous sized apartment with exposed beams, stunning views south and contemporary décor. There is an open plan kitchen / dining / living area with the couch facing the South views to the Pyrénées. The bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with shower, one of which is in the turret of the château.

La Maison du Jardinier

Tucked away in a secluded corner of the Estate, the gardener’s cabin has been converted into a compact cottage. With 45m² of indoor living space, the cottage is best suited to a couple or possibly for a small family. Outside is a generous south/west-facing garden and terrace with outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a 7.5m x 3.5m pool heated from mid-june to mid-september.
Le Grand Salon

Originally the Château's two main reception rooms, Le Grand Salon is a magnificent luxury apartment with splendid views from huge picture windows over the pool terrace to the Vineyards beyond. The apartment has a huge kitchen/salon with a host of period features and gorgeous bespoke furniture. The master bedroom is also vast, complete with free-standing bath and a separate shower room. Luxurious accommodation for one or two couples.
La Maison Des Bons

The Château's original kitchen, pantry, master bedroom and staff quarters are integrated into a large luxury triplex apartment with splendid views over the terrace, pool and the vines beyond. La Maison des Bons has a large kitchen/salon with a feature fireplace. The vast master bedroom has a separate dressing area with a large bathtub and walk-in Italian shower. Two further bedrooms share a shower room. Overall, the apartment provides spacious accommodation for six people.

Crafted from what was once the workshop and stable, these apartments have extra high ceilings, are spacious and airy and provide generous accommodation for four people. Les Maisons des Vendangeurs

Crafted from what was once the grape picker’s lodgings, these four loft-style apartments are spacious and airy and provide generous accommodation for four people. Outside, each has a garden or terrace facing away from the chateau with a dining area and sun loungers. Please note that the apartments all have stairs and as such may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or very young children. Originally part of the barn, La Grange is a generous light-filled two bedroom (both en-suite) house providing spacious accommodation for four people. Double french doors lead you outside from the large kitchen/living room to a lovely west-facing terrace and garden with pool. La Grange has lovely views to the Olive Grove and across the orchard to the vines beyond.

The original barnhouses have been transformed into four spacious houses with huge wooden beams and sloping attic ceilings. The houses provide accommodation for up to six people in three en-suite bedrooms. Each has a terrace and small garden with a 7.5m pool.

The original stable block has been converted into a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. The stables are very 'architectural' - with a large double-height kitchen and living area and a second living area on the mezzanine floor. This house is suitable for less mobile guests as the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Created by combining the winemaker's lodgings with the Château's dry stores, La Maison du Vigneron is a spacious house witha large open-plan kitchen and a living area and its own turret. Three en-suite bedrooms, one with a 'turret shower', provide generous accommodation for six people. Outside there are two terraces, one with a plunge pool.
La Maison du Maréchal-Ferrant

Presiding over the farm courtyard are the one-time lodgings of the estate blacksmith. The Maison du Marechal Ferrant is a spaciou,s light-filled property, where period and contemporary elements have been blended to spectacular effect. Originally occupying the west wing of the winery building, these are our largest properties. Spaced over three levels, each has three bedrooms, all en-suite, with a large open-plan kitchen/living room, and a second salon area Outside is a spacious south-facing terrace with dining area, sun loungers and a 7.5m x 3.5m pool heated from mid-June to mid-September. Ideal for larger families or for three couples sharing.
