Near Béziers, our castle hotel has a long history. Built in 1886, the vineyards has produce and sales wine until 1988. Now, our wines are made at Domaine de Cibadiès, our "sister" cellar a few kilometers from the Carrasses.

Our great wines "La Serre" are elaborate with delicious grapes of exceptional quality, almost all  the production was sold directly to Carrasses. Our Estate is the perfect place to organize a wine tour in Languedoc.

A charming castle hotel


Surrounded by vineyards, our castle hotel is dedicated to calm and relaxation in the south of France. It is in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that you will stay at the castle Les Carrasses.
The most of the castle Carrasses? This is undoubtedly its large outdoor infinity pool, equipped with massage jets and a submerged beach to relax.
It is also its surrounding nature: The estate offers 5 hectares of well-kept gardens, vineyards and forests, crossed by hiking and cycling trails.

Finally, in the surroundings of the castle, stands a magnificent glass roof that can serve as a winter garden : La Serre. This secret garden is equipped with comfortable armchairs and a library, it is an ideal place for relaxation.

Château Les Carrasses is the ideal starting point to discover the Languedoc terroir, one of the best wine regions in the world. Numerous vineyards are easily accessible from the Château: St-Chinian and Faugères are at two steps away, as are only take a short drive :
Watered by the Mediterranean sun and the richness of their terroirs, Languedoc wines all have a singular character in the mouth, whether red, white, rosé or effervescent.
