Located only 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi in Capestang and 20 minutes from Narbonne and Béziers, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week from April to the end of October, Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in low season.
Open to residents and non-residents, reservation strongly recommended.

A more relaxed terrace Menu is available from 12pm to 3pm during the high season

Willy Benjamin at the helm!
Chef Willy Benjamin trained under iconic French chef Alain Ducasse and honed his skills working in several Michelin starred restaurants in Paris before travelling the World, spending time in respected restaurants and private kitchens in the Alps, Corsica, the US and Morocco.
A Passion for using the finest locally sourced ingredients, Willy’s innovative cuisine will push your senses while respecting the codes of French gastronomy.
Willy invites you to the restaurant of Château Les Carrasses for a journey of discovery using the abundance of fresh local produce to deliver a refined and flavour-led cuisine with a distinct pan-Mediterranean accent.
The lower terrace is a wonderful spot for al fresco dining with views over the pool and vineyards and beyond to the Pyrenees. With a bar offering a wide selection of wines and cocktails all year round, it's also an ideal environment for hosting live music evenings in July and August - follow us on our social networks to keep up to date.
Our bar in the former barrel room is the ideal spot for a cozy winter cocktail. It’s also a great space for private parties, receptions and special events up to 100 people.
Finally, our rooftop terrace is a lounge open to the stars with breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Hot drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juice, fresh fruit, cold meats, eggs, pancakes, cakes, pies, pastries, breads, dairy products, cereals, cheeses, jams and butter, dried fruit and compotes, low-fat and gluten free products.
Omelettes, fried eggs and scrambled eggs are also available to order.
Served in the restaurant from 8am to 10:30am
On request, breakfast baskets can be delivered to your accommodation for 17€ per person.

All self-catering accommodation includes a modern fully equipped kitchen and all amenities for home cooking including a Weber BBQ.
Each morning our chef and his team bake delicious pastries and bread which can be ordered the evening before and collected from reception.
For those of you who would prefer not to cook, our restaurant can also deliver fresh meals to your accommodation. A wide choice is available: our legendary bbq packs, picnics, pizzas, but also a selection of dishes from the Terrace menu and our à la carte menu.
To accompany your meal a selection of wines, craft beers and soft drinks is available at cellar door prices.
